Venkatesh's Bodyguard Movie Stills :

On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi (Telugu News Year's Day), Venkatesh's next film titled Bodyguard is all set to go on floors. Trisha is pairing up with Venkatesh for the third time after Adavari Matalaku Arthalu Verule and Namo Venkatesa.

Gopichand Malineni who earlier did Don Seenu with Ravi Teja and Shriya Saran, will be directing this movie, which will be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh.Earlier Ileana was considered for the lead role, but since the lady is busy with Nanban, the movie will now feature Trisha.

The movie is the remake of the Malayalam hit Bodyguard directed by Siddique. It was remade in Tamil as Kavalan with Vijay and Asin, while in Hindi it was made in the same title with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Shooting is completed and post production works are on. Prakash Raj, Ali,Kota Srinivasa Rao, Subbaraju, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam and Pragathi are the other cast. Hope the Telugu remake also becomes a hit like its original and Tamil remake!
