Surya To Host KBC Tamil Version :
Tamil superstar actor Surya is all set to don the hat of quiz master for the Tamil version of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. Titled as ‘Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi’, the show will go on air on Vijay TV from mid Januray 2012. According to sources, the show will kick start around Pongal and questions for the qualifying rounds will start airing soon.
Amitabh Bachchan was the first host of KBC, which was launched in India in 2000. Shahrukh Khan hosted the third season of the show, before Amitabh returned to the hot seat for the fourth and fifth seasons! The 5th season of the show was recently concluded. Shah Rukh Khan had hosted the second season while Saurav Ganguly and Shatrughan Sinha hosted the Bengali and Bhojpuri versions respectively.
